Kuno River Camp

Kuno River Camp is a beautiful tented camp site built right on the banks of the Kuno River and offers beautiful views of the Kuno River. This campsite is being run by the District Tourism Society Shivpuri MP to promote tourism. Recently Kuno National Park has become the main centre for rehabilitation of cheetahs and these cheetahs are adapting to the geographical conditions of the sanctuary and increasing their population.The aim of the District Tourism Society is to introduce tourists to the jungle, river and nature and adventure programs are also being conducted by the society. Kuno River Camp is a very suitable place for groups to stay where you get the opportunity to stay close to nature at a very low cost and the camp also provides you local food at very cheap rates.Kuno National Park is located just 15 km from Kuno River Camp, tour arrangements for which can also be made through the camp. This camp is currently operational from 1 October to 30 April and during the winter season camp fire, adventure activities,water sports are also organized here. It is a wonderful place to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and other such occasions. Swiss tents are available for couples at Kuno River Camp, besides Swiss tents as well as combined tents are also available for tourists coming in groups.
